How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 1–5 business days depending on your location.Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

If you haven’t received a tracking update within 2 business days of ordering, please contact us and we’ll follow up right away.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes — you can request a return or exchange within 1 to 7 days of receiving your order, for any reason including size, fit, colour, or general dissatisfaction.

The item must be:

Unworn and unwashed
Original tags intact
In original packaging with no odour

Items that are burned, cut, stained, or altered by the customer will not be accepted.

No questions asked — if you simply don’t like what you received, we’ll process your return without requiring any justification.

How do I get a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days. We’ll issue the refund via your original payment method JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer.

You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).

Do you ship outside Pakistan?

No, (Not Yet) VearBan currently delivers within Pakistan only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Is my personal information safe?

Yes. We take your privacy seriously. Your payment details are processed over an encrypted (SSL/TLS) connection — we do not store your card or payment credentials.

We only share your information with:

Payment gateways (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) — to process your transaction
Courier companies — only your name and address for delivery
Legal authorities — only if required by Pakistani law

We never sell or rent your personal data to any third party.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — our standard return process will apply instead.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives visibly damaged from shipping, please photograph the parcel and the product before opening it fully, then contact us immediately.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, and cover the return shipping cost in this case.
