Refund policy

Our promise: If you received your order and you're not happy for any reason, including the fit, size, colour, or style just contact us within the return window and we'll sort it out, no questions asked.

1. Return Window

You may request a return, exchange, or refund within 1 to 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

The return window begins from the day your order is marked as delivered by the courier.

2. Eligible Reasons for Return

We accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • You are unhappy with the product for any personal reason  size, fit, colour, style, or general dissatisfaction
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product arrived with a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping
  • The product does not match the description listed on the website
No questions asked: If you simply don't like what you received whether it's the shade, the cut, or any personal preference we will process your return without requiring justification.

3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

Accepted

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Original tags intact 
  • Original packaging 
  • No odour / no perfume

  • Burned or scorched 
  • Cut or torn by customer 
  • Stained by customer 
  • Tags removed 
  • Washed or altered 
  • After 7 days of delivery

Products that show signs of damage caused by the customer including burns, cuts, or any form of misuse  will not be accepted for return or exchange.

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via our listed contact channel (WhatsApp / email).
  2. Share your order number and a brief description or photo of the item.
  3. Our team will review and confirm the return within 1–2 business days.
  4. Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
  5. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us.
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect in which case we will cover the return shipping.

5. Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or colour, we're happy to arrange an exchange subject to stock availability. Simply mention your preferred replacement when initiating the return.

If the requested exchange item is not in stock, a full refund will be offered instead.

6. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected by our team:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days of us receiving the return.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer/EasyPaisa/JazzCash as arranged.
  • You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).

7. Sale Items

Items purchased during a sale or promotional discount are eligible for exchange only, not refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

8. Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery is 1–5 business days from dispatch. Delays may occur due to courier capacity, regional logistics, public holidays, or weather conditions. VearBan is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, but we will always assist in tracking and following up on your behalf.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled our standard return process applies instead.
