1. Agreement to Terms

By visiting, browsing, or placing an order on the VearBan website ("Site"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

VearBan is an online-only clothing store based in Pakistan, selling men's apparel including t-shirts, trousers, and related accessories. We do not operate any physical retail location.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction) and are residing within Pakistan. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Products

VearBan offers replica or inspired-by menswear products. All items are clearly listed as such on the product pages. We make no claim of authenticity, official brand affiliation, or endorsement by any third-party brand.

Please note: Product images, colours, and details are as accurate as possible; however, slight variations may occur due to screen display settings, photography lighting, and fabric batches. These minor differences are not grounds for a return unless the product is materially different from its listed description.

We reserve the right to update, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Orders

All prices on the Site are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice; however, the price confirmed at the time of your order will be honoured.

An order confirmation sent to your email constitutes an acknowledgment that we have received your order not that it has been accepted. VearBan reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion (e.g., in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability), in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver exclusively within Pakistan. Shipping methods and couriers are selected based on the customer's delivery address and may vary accordingly. Estimated delivery time is 1–5 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, adverse weather, logistical delays, or other factors outside our control. VearBan is not liable for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site including the VearBan name, logo, text, images, and design is the property of VearBan and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

VearBan's liability in connection with any product or service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that product or service. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
